Dried cranberries and pistachios give this homemade bar its character. Tart fruit, green crunch, dark cocoa. Drain the softened cranberries well to keep the bars firm.

What you’ll need

- Dried cranberriespossible sulfites190 g
- Pistachiostree nuts145 g
- Almond buttertree nuts90 g
- 70% dark chocolatemay contain milk45 g
Allergies : For a dairy-free version, use dark chocolate without milk. Check labels and prevent cross-contact while preparing.
A little for the planet : choose organic, local ingredients whenever you can.
Let’s make it
- Line a roughly 20 × 20 cm tin with baking paper. The mixture will make 10 bars about 2 cm thick.
- Halve large cranberries, soak them in warm water for 5 minutes and drain thoroughly. Chop the pistachios and chocolate.
- Mash half the cranberries with almond butter; mix in the remaining fruit and pistachios, then fold in the chocolate.
- Press very firmly, push any loose fruit into the top and chill for at least 2 hours.
- After chilling, lift the slab out and cut into 10 bars. Keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
Tip : Drain the softened cranberries well to keep the bars firm.
